Return Policy


Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). Email hello@seventhboutique with your order number and items you would like to return. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for the costs to ship return items. 

Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box intact + unaltered, the shoe box cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoe box will result in the package being refused + no refund will be issued. 

We do not accept returns of swimwear, undergarments, earrings, hair accessories, hats, socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes. 

Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not do exchanges in most cases. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend contacting us immediately at to check availability.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our flat rate US shipping fee is $6. International flat rate is $12. Free shipping for orders over $75.00.
